3. Within 7 days of the payment, the
technician has the right to
contest the payment in writing for whatever reason they deem appropriate.
The compliant will be passed to the complaints department of Direct24 that
will verify its grounds and possibly validate it. The final decision will
be communicated to the technician within 5 working days. If the complaints
department of Direct24 decides so, a full or partial refund will be made
within 14 days of the decision.
